How to use ear candles
1) Prepare your area
Make sure the room is not ventilated, the temperature should be the ambient temperature, and the lighting should be soft. You may want to play some soft music in the background.
2) Prepare your equipment
Arrange your ear candles, a small bowl of water, a mirror, a lighter or match, and a pair of scissors.
3) Lie on the sofa or even the floor in a comfortable position! Rest your head on the pillow and tilt your head to one side. It is best to have someone around to help you, especially if this is your first experience of ear candling.
