2. Low power intermittent mist with or without lighting.
if you have a dry room this will help. Especially in the winter where I am now, the humidity drops to 30% in my bedroom. This should easily bring it up to 45% or more. Also, I notice the mist reaches my bed, so in the summertime dry hot days, will help cool the skin I think.
