- Ensure your files have a resolution of no more than 800*1080 for optimal display quality.
File Display Issues:
- If no files are displayed on the screen, check that:
  - Videos are in the Video Folder and pictures are in the Picture Folder.
  - The resolution and quality of the original files are sufficient for clear display on the screen.
Charging and Data Transfer:
- When connecting the Motion Frame to your computer, ensure the USB Type-C cable is plugged in deeply to enable data transfer. If not properly connected, the computer may only charge the device without reading the screen.
